Venue: The conference will take place at the David InterContinental Hotel in Tel Aviv.
Date: November 18-20, 2014
Program: The conference will consist of two days of sessions and a third day with a choice of Industrial tours or tutorials & courses.
Language: The conference will be conducted in English and Hebrew. There will be simultaneous translation in many sessions.
Welcoming Reception: A welcoming reception will be held Monday evening, November 17th at 19:00.
Gala Banquet: A festive evening will be held on Tuesday, November 18th at 20:00. The evening will include entertainment and dinner.
Night Tour: On Wednesday evening, November 19th, there will be a walking tour of old Jaffa.

Advertising and Sponsorship: Please contact the Secretariat for space in the conference program and/or sponsorship of speakers, sessions and events.
Certificate of Participation: Will be supplied to participants upon request.
Letters of Invitation: Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal invitation to participate in the conference. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to help visitors raise funds or obtain a visa and does not represent commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support.

Transportation from Airport: Ben-Gurion International Airport is located 20 minutes from Tel Aviv. Airport train and private taxi service provide fast and economic transportation.
Visas: All visitors to Israel are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required. For more information please contact your nearest embassy, consulate or local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
Currency / Exchange: Israel’s currency is the New Israeli Shekel (NIS). International major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops. Exchange offices and ATM machines are easily available throughout the city and at the Ben Gurion International Airport.
Climate: The weather in November is pleasant but some rain is possible, especially in the coastal areas and up north, temperatures ranging from 12-24°C / 54-75°F.
Clothing: Clothing is informal for all occasions. A sweater or jacket is also recommended, as the conference rooms may be cool.
